You have 3 options for training during the challenge. 

1. Attend our awesome Indoor Group sessions held in Helensvale. This is a great affordable option.

2.  If one on one Personal Training is more suited to your needs. I run private PT sessions from my private, state of the art, PT studio in Oxenford. 

3.  Or a mix of both PT & Groups. You will receive a free Group Training membership to our classes if you book 2 or more PT sessions per week. This is, in my opinion, the best option.

On day 2 we run a NUTRITION VIP INFO session(included in the cost of the challenge) to make sure you know exactly what you need to do to reach your goals.

There are 3 main components to the 8 Week Lifestyle Revolution!


“BODY COMPOSITION” (Fat Loss/Muscle Growth) Is Tracked Using Medical Grade Bioscan Machine In Weeks 1 & 8. 


“FITNESS TESTING” in week 1 & 8 will track your fitness (Optional)


“CONSISTENCY” will be tracked by checking into minimum of 3 classes per week

Deb will contact you to confirm we have received your registration within 24hrs & discuss any questions you have. Personal Training options available on request as I have limited availability.

Once the challenge starts ......

DAY 1 Your professional body composition analysis (Bioscan) will be done in weeks 1 & 8. This takes about 30 seconds to do. Fully clothed. The bioscan will give u a breakdown of your body composition. Your goal is to reduce body fat & to maintain or gain muscle mass. The scales dont reflect these results which is why we use the scanner to track progress. 

DAY 2  Fitness Assesment + Nutrition VIP information session to set you up for SUCCESS. 


 Then we are of & you get to be part of a community that genuinely supports each others goals & journey. 

*To receive the THINK FIT medal & be eligible to WIN you must complete all aspects of the challenge including ..

  • Facebook Check-ins minimum 3x times a week.  
  • Do Bioscans both in week 1 & 8
  • Complete Fitness Testing week 1 & 8
