Think Fit have been running Group Fitness classes for over 11 years on the north side of the Gold Coast!

At THINK FIT you wont just be another number in a busy gym. We understand that starting something new can be so overwhelming regardless of your fitness level. That is why we really take the time to support and encourage every single one of our new & existing members through the whole program. I am so proud of the community vibe that we have created at THINK FIT, and we have the best team of instructors who will guide you through your work outs. 

If you are just starting your Health & Fitness journey we will give you all the support you need & allow you to go at your own pace. Not only will this create a great habit of enjoying your workouts, it will also allow you to learn great technique to avoid injuries.

  • Can I bring my children? YES, we LOVE to have children come along & see their parents being fit & healthy.  We have  a huge room that the kids can play in! 
  • $28 for 28 Days to be used between 13th December - 10th January. Open to all new and prior clients.
  • Can I cancel at anytime? Yes, we have NO contracts. At Think Fit we want you to train with us because you LOVE it. Not because you are locked into contract. 
  • Ask about our great rates for TEENS(13-18) and PARTNERS of members. Only $15 with a full membership
  • Full unlimited membership to ALL group training classes only $29 a week. Works out to $2.90 per class
  • Can I pay as I go, or pay casual? Yes, casual sessions are $15
  • Can I hold my payments? Yes, if you know you are going to be going away give us 2 weeks notice and your direct debit will be put on hold no problem
  • We offer a range of different membership options. We can even tailor a package to suit your needs combining, one on one Personal Training with Deb in her private studio & a mix group classes. 
  • Do I need to bring my own equipment? You will need a YOGA MAT, DRINK BOTTLE & TOWEL.

  • We offer 24/7 Support including nutrition & meal planning 

  • Do I need to be fit to join? No. All sessions are adapted to your fitness level
