How does it work?

If you are wanting to reduce fat, tone up or get fitter than you have ever been this is the challenge for you!!!




We wanted to create a challenge with a twist. One of the hardest parts of achieving results is to create the consistency you need to reap the rewards you're looking for.  Once you join us, you will receive a class tracking card. This will be marked off each session you attend and the winner will be the person who completes THE MOST classes in 8 weeks! We will also be doing fitness testing in the first & last week of the 8WFC to see how far you have come! 



You will also have access to our VIP MEMBERS only page. Here you can find everything from meal plans, recipe books, direct debit forms, info sheets and more.

All you need to do now is register, come along to as many classes as you can,  keep an eye on our VIP page and train consistently!

Once you have registered you will receive an email with all the info you need to get started in our world class group training sessions!
