Healthy Protein Pancakes by Think Fit with Deb
Ingredients:
80g (2 Scoops) Vanilla Protein Powder
60g Almond Meal
500ml Milk
2 x Small Bananas
Dash of salt
10g cinnamon
4 tsp baking powder
100g Oats
4 x Eggs
Method:
Blend all dry ingredients in food processor until fine. Add Bananas, Milk & Eggs
Cook in small frying pan with a little spray oil.
Makes 8 Large Pancakes
25g Carbs, 10g Protein, 7g Fats, 5g Fibre
